Calendar, confirmations and Google connection
The application “Scarlett Kaplan - Agenda et confirmations” connects this website to the professional account hello@scarlettkaplan.info. Only Scarlett authorises this connection; the application verifies the account’s identity and email address with Google. Visitors do not need to grant access to their own Google account. The processing described below applies when the connection and the relevant automated features are enabled.
Google Calendar access is used to read busy periods and consult events in the professional calendar to check availability. The application creates, updates or deletes events linked to appointments made through the website and requests a Google Meet link for online sessions. The name, email address and appointment times are sent to Google to organise these events.
The Gmail permission used, gmail.send, allows the application to send confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices and cancellations from the professional account. It is also used for subscription confirmations and articles requested by subscribers. The application does not request permission to read messages in the Gmail inbox. Google processes the recipient’s address and the message content to send the email.
Booking contact details, language, appointment times, session format, appointment status, payment references, the Meet link and email sending statuses are stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database, accessible through the authorised administration area. The Google refresh token is stored server-side in Cloudflare secrets to maintain the connection without storing the Google password. It is not shared with visitors.
Scarlett can revoke the application’s access in her Google account’s third-party connections and remove the connection credentials from the server. Revoking access does not automatically delete data already stored on the website or events and emails already created in Google. To request deletion of your data from the website, write to the contact email shown on this page; Scarlett handles these requests.
Reading statistics
The analytics added to this site store totals by day and page: page displays, clicks, article endings reached, feedback and transitions between pages. This tracking does not store IP addresses, email addresses or individual visitor identifiers. It sets no cookies and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
The tab remembers only the previous page path to recognise navigation. Feedback counts responses, not unique people. The report is restricted to the site owner. This describes the site’s own tracking; hosting and sign-in services also apply their own policies.
Messages and article subscriptions
The contact form saves your name, email address and message in my private workspace so I can reply. It does not subscribe you to articles. Subscriptions are separate from consultation contacts.
For article subscriptions, your email address, chosen language, selected topics, consent and confirmation dates are stored. Your subscription is activated after you confirm your email address. Each article email contains a personal link to change your topics or unsubscribe. Emails use the professional Google account connected to the website.
The interests dashboard shows totals by topic among confirmed subscribers. It is not linked to your browsing and does not infer your personal circumstances. To request deletion of your data, you can write to the contact email above.
Contact and external services
Email links open your email application. The information you choose to send is used to respond to your enquiry. You can write to the address above with questions about your data and exercising your rights.
Book links lead to Amazon, which applies its own terms and privacy policy.
